Breathe a sigh of relief, y'all: Kim Kardashian has ditched the painful strappy high heels and has opted for flip-flops instead. Photo agency X17 snapped the 32-year-old pregnant reality star visiting a doctor in Beverly Hills Thursday in a button-down shirt, black leggings and thong sandals. Also in tow was Kardashian friend Brittny Gastineau, with whom Kardashian dined with at La Scala afterward.
According to an interview she gave to the "Today" show in January, Kardashian is due to give birth to her first child, a baby girl, in July.
