"Smash" may be yesterday's news, but its former stars Megan Hilty and Sean Hayes are still working together. TVLine was the first to report that Hilty will replace Lindsay Sloane on Hayes' new NBC series "Sean Saves The World." The actress will now play Liz, Hayes' character's co-worker and best friend.
On "Smash's" second and final season, Hilty and Hayes' characters worked together on a Broadway version of "Dangerous Liaisons."
Both actors tweeted their excitement about reuniting.
